Items Discussed:
1. W14 dimensions - 2'6"h x 5'0"w (can be enlarged to 4' h) - sill will be framed at 44" aff to allow for higher window if desired.
2. RC Wall adjacent to W14 - Chris enquired to height at which RC wall stops. RF recommended that it go to u/s of sole plate for shear wall connection. Confirm with Bayview Engineering if modified.
3. Chris & Erin (C/E) enquired to whether D13 would remain as drawn. RF to confirm with owner. (Note owner will confirm during site visit Thursday).
4. C/E and RF discussed floor hieghts of lower slab. 304' confirmed as finished floor height.
5. C/E enquired about exterior stair detail / connections to exterior wall. Exterior wall at C4-C5 will be revised to wall type J (cold wall) to accomodate structural support for exterior stair. This will effectively make wall on C3-C5 and C3-D3 any extra 4" thick and require that D12 move 4" over. RF to issue revised detail.
6. C/E enquired about rise/run of exterior stair. RF noted that it is shown as 6.86rise over 14risers but will issue confirmation of details.
7. C/E enquired about location of exterior stair at fireplace. It was agreed to shift the stair to center of back of stone wall to allow for cold wall details (wall type J) to not affect interior.
8. C/E enquired about interior stair rise run details. It was agreed that a rise of 6 13/16" over 18R would be used and that the Living Room floor level would be revised to -27 1/4" below 314'. RF to issue revisions on this and check stair detail.
