Materials: Cement board (grey + black), Cedar, Hardie Artisan Shingles (dark grey), White Brick or Limestone, Dark gray frames with tinted glass and matching glass railing.

Note: Main House entrance and Suite Entrance are intentionally separated by projected open deck over garage door for privacy.

The projection is an attempt to have an architectural element reduce the impact of the standard garage frontage of most homes.

The solid rail provides privacy to the master bedroom deck and windows from below (private space) in contrast to the glass rail which is open to the views of the marsh, lake and forest and fronts the living room (public space).
